QUICK ACCESS TO ACORD FORMS

With FORMS there are no more frustrating delays getting to the forms you want and you no longer have to remember or enter your password and user name. Currently, you have to enter your user name and password every time you go to the Simply-easier web site. Using FORMS, all you have to do is select the ACORD form you want from the list in the FORMS program. FORMS automatically enters your password and username for you the first time anyone in your office goes to the web site each day. After that, you are directly taken to the form you choose with no more delays.
 
SAVE YOUR FILLED-IN ACORD FORMS

With FORMS, you can now save your ACORD forms with all the data you filled in and store them for later easy access by client name or policy number. You get a history list of all the forms you’ve saved together with information on the client, policy, date, etc.

E-MAIL FORMS TO MULTIPLE CARRIERS

FORMS lets you e-mail your filled-in forms to insurance carriers or your client in seconds after you fill them out. Want to submit an application to multiple carriers? Just click on a list of all the carriers you want to send the forms and FORMS e-mails the apps to all the carriers you specify automatically. In addition, FORMS keeps a complete history log of all the e-mails you send for easy review.

FAST AND EASY RENEWAL AND POLICY FORM CHANGES

When a customer’s policy comes up for renewal, simply recall their original stored filled-in application. Just re-enter those few fields that require changing. Then save, print or e-mail the new form. This feature alone will save you a major amount of time and effort.

CLIENT AND POLICY DATABASE

FORMS includes a complete client and policy number database allowing you to maintain your customers and policy information, and allowing easy recall of their stored filled-in forms.

PULL UP STORED FORMS BY CLIENT OR POLICY NUMBER

Just pull up a client on the Client and Policy screen. All the forms stored for that client are listed and can be quickly accessed for review, printing, e-mailing or for policy and renewal changes.

FILL OUT AND E-MAIL CARRIER SUPPLEMENTAL FORMS

Create and send supplemental forms along with your ACORD forms. These filled-out forms are stored for that client and policy number and can be quickly accessed for review, printing and e-mailing.

VIDEO TRAINING INCLUDED

FORMS is extremely easy to learn and use. To speed training, the program includes training videos you watch on your computer screen. Getting you up to speed fast.

CLIENT MAP
